While Loxodont doesn't physically appear in Lovers of Aether, he is still present in-game as the school's principal, constantly speaking through the intercoms and directing students towards their next classes. He is still emperor in Clairen's present, having achieved immortality by replacing his. In Clairen's timeline, following the mysterious disappearance of both Zetterburn and Forsburn, he turns the Fire Empire into a technologically-reliant dictatorship. Though Clairen would act for many years to reach his side as a Royal Guard to kill him, Loxodont proved too powerful, leaving Clairen no choice but to be sent back in time to strike him down while he was still mortal. Emperor Loxodont, later known as The Endless Emperor, is the ruler of the Fire Empire who succeeded Emperor Renburn after his assassination. He would replace his body with machinery, greatly increasing his power and allowing him to become the Eternal Emperor, the Flame Empire now standing for his own ego and greed. In the future, both Zetterburn and Forsburn would disappear, leading to the people of the Fire Empire losing their connection with the flame and allowing Loxodont to rule with an iron fist.

He was a good friend of Emperor Renburn, though this was all for show, as Loxodont had the council murder Renburn before framing Forsburn for the murder. While Etalus can do some crazy stuff to Clairen, down-b and how combo-able Etalus is can really shut down and Etalus' game. I'd also but Etalus as slightly favoring Clairen. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to draw a picture featuring one of my favorite playable. He also kills really early on Clairen with shine usmash. Here is a picture that I did of Clairen, a female black panther character from the indie game title 'Rivals Of Aether', in my original cartoon style. His mixups to get back on stage make it better than it initially seems.
